I usually like simple bottles, but this one just isn’t it for me. The shape feels weird to hold and the pump/cap area gets messy way too easily. It also doesn’t sit right on my shower shelf, like if I bump it even a little it wants to tip over. Looks nice in pics maybe, but using it every day is kind of a pain. I wouldn’t buy it again just because of the bottle design.

My skin felt fine after using it, but not amazing or anything. It seemed a bit dry to me afterward, so I’m not sure if it’s just my skin or if others noticed that too.

Placing the order was super simple, so at first I felt good about it. Then the delivery part got frustrating fast. The package missed the date I was given, and the tracking barely updated, so I went from excited to annoyed to just kind of waiting around wondering where it was.

Customer support did reply, which I appreciated, but the answer was mostly just to keep waiting. When the items finally showed up, they were totally fine, so I was relieved in the end. Still, if I needed something by a specific date, I’d probably be nervous ordering again

I wanted to like this more, but the sustainability info just felt really vague to me. They make a lot of eco-friendly claims, but I couldn’t find much actual proof or clear details to back them up. It also kind of feels like they’re using policy loopholes to say the right things without really showing what’s behind it. Because of that, I didn’t feel great about ordering from them again.

I mean, maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t do much. The scent is fine, not bad at all, but my skin still felt dry after using it. I was expecting it to be more moisturizing, so I probably won’t buy it again...

I ordered a refill from soeder.us it was more hassle than it should’ve been. The pouch had leaked a bit inside the box, and the cap felt flimsy, like it never really sealed properly.
I reached out to customer service, but the reply was slow and didn’t really solve anything. For the price, I expected the refill setup to be simple and clean, not a preventable mess. I don’t think I’d order it again.

My order arrived, but the items inside definitely weren’t what I picked. I double-checked my confirmation just to make sure I wasn’t mixing things up, and nope, it had been correct on my end. So somewhere along the way, it seems like not much attention was paid. I tried getting it fixed, but the whole process took way longer than it should have. Frustrating, i’m not in a hurry to order again.

I liked that the ingredients seemed genuinely good quality, and that definitely stood out to me in a positive way. That said, after trying it, I didn’t really feel like there was anything especially memorable or different about it. It was nice enough and I don’t have any major complaints, but I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit more special overall.

I ordered some hand soap from soeder.us and the scent is really nice. The only downside was that one of the bottles leaked in the box by the time it arrived. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it was sticky and kind of annoying to clean up lol. Shipping was fine otherwise. I’d probably order again, but I hope they package it a little better next time

I tried to place an order, but the site kept freezing on me and my cart got emptied twice. After re-adding everything and still getting nowhere, I just gave up. The worst part is when you reach out and get one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies that doesn’t actually help anything.

I’ll admit I mostly pay attention to how a product feels on my skin, and this one feels really nice. The texture is smooth without being overly slippery, which I appreciate. The lather is good too, though I did notice it takes a little longer than I’d like to foam up. I didn’t focus much on anything else, but for feel and everyday use, it’s a solid product.

I got this as a gift it just felt kind of awkward. Like, come on now, you want a gift to feel thoughtful or fun, not like everyone’s unsure how to react.

At first, I thought this was going to work for me because it felt really nice going on. But soon after, my cheeks started getting itchy, and I just had that gut feeling it wasn’t a good match for my sensitive skin. I stopped using it after that.

As someone with dry skin, I really wanted to love this. It smells nice and feels gentle when I use it, which I appreciated, but I didn’t notice much of a difference in how my skin felt afterward. It’s not a bad product at all, just more of an okay one for me, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I do actually like the products, but trying to get help was kind of annoying?? I messaged about my order and then just waited... and waited... for days before getting a real response. When they finally replied, it felt super rushed and didn’t really solve much for me. Not the worst experience ever!!! But definitely slower than I expected.

I regret not checking the reviews before buying this. It broke way sooner than I expected and didn’t last very long at all. Disappointing

I don’t know if I just have bad timing, but every time I check for the things I actually want, they’re sold out. It’s frustrating because it makes it hard to count on finding anything I’m hoping to buy...

I was kind of surprised by the price once I actually got it. It’s not bad, exactly, but it doesn’t feel special enough to cost this much. Even the little details didn’t really stand out to me, and I kept thinking I should’ve gotten better quality or just more product for the money. It feels like you’re mostly paying for the name. I wouldn’t buy it again

My first reaction was honestly, “eh, shipping could’ve been better.” The order showed up in good shape, but it took longer than I expected and I didn’t get many updates along the way. Packaging was fine, nothing impressive but not bad either. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed it quickly

The site looks really clean and the colors are nice, but it literally feels a little too simple for my taste. It’s not bad at all, just not super exciting.
